Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Free shipping applies to orders of $50 or more; a flat shipping rate applies to orders below that threshold, calculated at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships from our fulfillment center.

Shipping delays

Salurna is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control, but we're happy to help track down any order that seems lost or significantly delayed.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment, and an additional shipping cost may apply.
